I just wanted to talk to you a few minutes about some of the things that are happening in our industry and in particular, overseas conversions. A few companies [inaudible 00:00:21] have taken all this sort of work offshore, like a lot of industry in Australia now. But some of the things you might want to be aware of if you're considering buying these cars and considering purchasing one that's done overseas is a few things in particular. One is, most of them want you to pay upfront, therefore they want you to send the money to the U.S. first to purchase the vehicle, then you send money for the conversions to another country where it could be the Philippines or [inaudible 00:00:50] or Thailand but anyway, so many goes to the U.S., so many goes to somewhere else for the conversion. So, that's scary in itself and the fact that they're not protected by Australian laws in where your money goes. It's a bit like buying anything overseas or online. It's just buyer beware and bad luck if your product doesn't turn up or it's not right. Secondly, what appeared to be cheap but then at the end of the day when the time the product gets here, if there's issues with it, which you know with a highly modified vehicle and the amount of work that's done in making these vehicles right hand drive, fair chance that things like -- small things can go wrong, where do you take it to fix it, what warranty do you have, where does the warranty lie, all these questions seem to be sort of brushed over when it comes to sending your money overseas for a vehicle and conversion. You're not protected by the Australian government laws and so forth in relation to all of that. So, what appears to be cheap in one end doesn't only work out that way. Secondly, resale, I've always sort of told people of the opinion that you get the paper now or later, and they ask me why is that and you sort of say, well you ought to pay a little extra now and you come and see what we do, how we do it, you can comment on it or talk to our customers or our workers. Everything is transparent, there's absolutely nothing to hide. There's procedures in place. We're governed by independent auditing to make sure that everything's done to a standard. There's a recall process. There's a process to follow on who's done what job with what part, all of that is controlled by an independent so therefore there's an assurance there that we eliminate any sort of issues or with recent issues, there's a recall process and we're responsible for it. We're having a look today at a 2011 spec Cadillac Escalade Platinum Edition. The vehicle has a 6.2 liter V8 petrol engine with fuel consumption in a highway cycle of around about 13 liters per hundred kilometers. As you come to the car, the first thing you'll notice is when you open the doors, you have power sidesteps which makes access a lot easy getting in and out of the vehicle. This vehicle being the top of the range model has all what you would expect from a standard model like that, power windows, power mirrors, dual zone climate control air-conditioning. The vehicle also has heated and cooled seats. It has a heated steering wheel, cruise control, Bluetooth technology for your mobile phone. The center console here, we have two levels, a top tray and then also a storage bin underneath. A feature of the top of the range model, drink holders in the front which are heated and cooled operation for the driver and passenger. Coming into the back of the vehicle for passengers, we have DVD systems which are fully independent of each other in the second row of seats here so each passenger here can control their DVD with a remote control function. They have headphones they can put on there so they can play separate DVDs. There's also a third DVD player in the roof which is for the third row of seats. The other touch of this vehicle is that the seat operation whilst you can do it manually, is also available to be done electronically. Unfortunately, you have to put them back manually though. But this vehicle is a one-owner vehicle. Current customer unfortunately had a neck injury and was unable to drive this vehicle any longer because of its size but as you can see, it's a beautifully maintained vehicle, it's only done 13,000 kilometers. Coming to the back of the vehicle, fully automated operated tailgate system and in here you can see again the quality of this vehicle, carpets and things absolutely spotless. These are all the other controls for the headrests so it's all fully equipped for the headrest DVD players so they're in the boxes and as you can see, these are the original boxes that these accessories came in, so again, very, very [inaudible 00:02:32] vehicle. And then closing the tailgate, pushing the button there, coming around here and then going in there, operation of the power side step again. 22-inch wheels, chrome aluminum, a standard feature. The mud flaps, everything in this vehicle is standard equipment for the Cadillac Escalade Platinum Edition. What a very, very beautiful motor car, lovely to drive and exceptional motoring. Just give you a bit of an idea what we can do. This is an order from some people up in Shepparton that are obviously into greyhounds. So as you can see from the back of it, we got this costume box built for them which will house I think, eight dogs, four on each side. They ordered two vehicles identical, so in this case, we actually factory ordered these vehicles spec-ed up all the same. Had them shipped from the dealer, to the manufacturer of the boxes for the back of them. Had them fitted, the bull bars fitted out over there as well. And what we did was convert them from left to right hand drive. So just an example of what we can do, you know like nothing is impossible.
